Lyndall has been working in health and social care in various roles for over 20 years, and more recently teaching in the sector.

Lyndall designed and taught a course with Pooraka Farm Community Centre in 2019 called - Introduction to Correctional Services, which was awarded South Australian Adult Learning Programme, and one of her students won South Australian Adult Learner of the Year in the same year.
